Campbell Venning Executive Director, Merge Property Group Ltd

Campbell is an Executive Director for the Merge Group of companies. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing and capital raising across Merge’s projects and companies. Since purchasing his first property at the age of 22, Campbell has established a proven track record in the residential property market, large scale acquisition, trading and the sales and marketing of ’off the plan’ developments. His skills extend to property sales and capital raising in international markets. Campbell has worked with hundreds of investors as a property mentor and seminar presenter sharing his extensive knowledge of the property sector. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canterbury University and has previously worked in the finance and professional services.

Brent Casey Executive Director, Merge Property Group Ltd

Brent Casey is an Executive Director of Merge Property, focusing on finance and corporate affairs. After gaining a Masters degree in economics from Lincoln University, Brent worked as an analyst in New Zealand prior to joining BP, where he rose to become a senior manger in business development and an oil trader. For several years he was based in Dubai and Oman, travelling extensively through Europe, Asia and the Middle East. While offshore, Brent became Campbell’s first client and has since developed an extensive property portfolio in New Zealand and Australia. He has also successfully attracted many other investors from around the world to the New Zealand property market.

Andrew McKenzie Managing Director Managing director, Merge ProjectsLtd

Andrew has over 20 years experience in property development and investment, most recently with a private company in Wellington, where he was instrumental in the establishment of a specialist student accommodation provider, EdPAC, managing over $60m of projects. Other recent major projects that Andrew has been heavily involved with include the Newhaven housing project in Auckland and the re-development of the former Athletic Park site in Wellington. Previously Andrew was a development manager for CDL Land, New Zealand, based in Auckland, and was with Brierley Properties for seven years in both their Wellington and Auckland offices. Andrew holds a BCom from Lincoln University and gained registration as a valuer in 1987.

Gerard Glynn General Manager, Merge Trading Ltd

Gerard is the General Manager of Merge Trading Limited, focused on property trading and project sales activity. Gerard has previously held senior property roles with property companies; Challenge Properties, Kiwi Income Property Trust and St Laurence Group, focusing on shopping centre management and re-development, commercial and industrial investment and add- value activity and portfolio asset management. Gerard has added value to some of the countries largest scale commercial properties and now offers guidance on corporate governance as well as leading a proactive and innovative property trading and sales team. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration.
